The food is very good, the service is good also
The service is a bit slow tho, as it is a home restaurant, and the owners are the waiters/chefs.
Also, be careful they might overcharge you and change the price when they find out you're toursits, it is still affordable, so just cons8der the pros and cons beforehand.
check beforehand by calling if they have traffic or not, I waited for more than an hour for my turn.
Also, clarify which wash you want beforehand or else they will automatically charge you for the expensive one instead of the standard(which logically should be the standard)
worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called them over the phone to get information, they were very unprofessional, they kept making jokes on me with their other coworkers, they talked with complete lack of energy as if I should make all the effort to get the information that I need from them.
Afterward, they agreed on a specific appointment time with me, I got there on time, but it turns out they forgot to print my item, and they needed half an hour to prepare it.
Their print quality is good, at least.
I bought an item from them, when I got home the item didn't function properly, I returned the item and turns out it was previously purchasedband used by a costumer and they returned it at some point and they resold it to me without even checking.
Some professional courtesy should be implied
