Crazy how they wouldn’t turn the Air Conditioning on to have better air ventilation especially when there are many people that smoke inside, even when there a famous singer concert. We came for a concert and paid quite some money and had to breathe the smoke, then left early. Unacceptable.
This is a great hotel. I don’t understand how they allow fit24 to use their facilities to provide such a miserable customer service to their and other clients. They simply take you down. Super small facilities, overcrowded, unpleasant communication, lied to me 3 times that they will call me back to solve my problem.
