It's oK for one night but not good for many days room was very small. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. I paid by card their machine transaction failed it happened with other guest also. However money was debited from my bank & I never got back the money. Pay by cash only if you stay here. I had to pay them cash again as they told I will get a refund but the refund never came
Good rooms, Good Breakfast, Maybe room price is 10 to 20 % higher than what it should be. But the drawback is the city tax 4$ per person per night which was not included we had to pay extra. No other hotel all over uzbekistan asked us for city tax & we had stayed in bigger 5 star hotels as well.
Taste is good. But quantity of rice was too less not sufficient for one adult even one child. Price is costly as all indian restaurants in almaty are very expensive. One dal one vegetable one rice & one roti will cost about 8000 tenge with tax.
Dirty rooms. Inadequate breakfast. Our towel got a bit dirty they said we have to pay fine as the stains won't go. We washed with little water in the basis the stains went
Everything is great but price of rooms are a bit higher. Could be 10 to 20% lower. Atleast they could include one boat ride with the room just as they give one complimentary flying theater. Also the shuttle service from harbor building to theater building is mostly not available we stayed 2 days & never saw & use the shuttle except we had to walk except reception says you will get it on these times & when we went there on such times they were nowhere to be found
