I rented two apartments for a week and the service we received was second to none. Renat was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. He met me when I arrived and His English is excellent which was a relief as my Russian is not too good. Both apartments were immaculate with everything included. Small touches like kitchen towels and toiletries were very welcome. The apartment complex is a 5 minute walk from the metro station. I will definitely rebook with Renat when I return to Kazan. Thank you for a wonderful stay
