I'm one of their investors in the Novotel Living project.
The project was supposed to be delivered by the end of 2024, but was one sided postponed by a whole year (so far) with lame excuses and lies.
This company is a major risk for investors, as it completely ignores it's contractual obligations and refuse to pay delay compensations as agreed.
In addition, their after sales team is the worst you can find in the real estate market, since they completely ignore you when you chase them for their wrongdoing!!
DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH MARDI HOLDING!!!
