Due to the refusal of the Russians in the Residence Permit at the end of December 2022, Ozcan refused to return the paid rent to us, we lived for 2 months out of 6 paid. The owner Ozcan fraudulently earned a lot of money from us and our neighbors, more than 100,000tl. I did not return the deposit in the amount of 12000tl in full, referring to utility bills (although we paid them), I returned 9000tl. With 48,000tl left to himself, Ozcan decided to cash in on the bail. This is a large amount for our family, taking into account the emergency return in Russia due to the suspension of the issuance of a residence permit. Ozcan gave us an oven for use, making a kind gesture, however, deducted the cost of renting this oven from the deposit, without warning us about the paid service. Used 5 days. The oven was dirty, covered in soot. IT IS EXTREMELY NOT PLEASANT TO BE DECEIVED. The apartment looks nice at first glance, but is poorly equipped. No microwave, oven, hair dryer. Blankets and towels are missing. Bed linen unironed and stale. Cheap dishes, old and dirty. The washing machine worked but kept leaking. In the winter season, in apartments on the 1st floor, mold forms on all the walls, cleaning helps only for a while, the neighbors on the 2nd floor got a mouse. The floors are very cold, there are no carpets, although they promised. The gas cylinder is expensive, runs out quickly, and may not be fully filled. There is no barbecue area on site. I highly do not recommend.
