I do not advise anyone to rent this apartment. When we signed a contract with this person it was my fatal mistake - I rented the apartment not from the owner, I rented it from a person who considers himself the "king" in this apartment - he absolutely violates any regulations that are in the contract, which we signed - he comes to the apartment at any time regardless of the clauses of the contract, forbids to invite guests (although the contract allows), constantly breaks his own promises, has no restraint in speech absolutely - swearing, rude, makes up accusations. The last straw in my case was the fact that he entered my apartment and threw out plastic and tetrapak, prepared for delivery to the recycling machine (I try to be environmentally friendly) while I was not at home - he said it was garbage. I emphasize, we are talking about things inside the apartment, not on the common area. Eventually this man made us move out for spurious reasons, but at the last minute offered to stay, paying him +25% extra to the rent. I really don't recommend anyone to live here: - you have no privacy and no boundaries - Your rent can change at any time. - The contract is a sham for him and clauses can and will be broken
