This hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, but in reality it does not come close to that level. The biggest disappointment was the parking situation. We were led to believe that parking was free for guests, but in the end we were charged a significant amount. This felt misleading and extremely unprofessional for a hotel that claims to be luxury. The service was another major issue. The staff were cold, distant, and not genuinely welcoming. At no point did I feel like a valued guest. Instead, the whole experience gave the impression that the hotel’s main priority was to charge guests as much as possible rather than provide proper hospitality. For the price, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. I have stayed at Hilton and the difference is obvious: Hilton feels professional, warm, and guest-oriented, while this hotel felt transactional and disappointing. A 5-star rating should mean excellent service, transparency, comfort, and respect for guests. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in the most basic areas. I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting a true luxury experience.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each visit has been consistently wonderful. The service is always excellent, and the staff truly make you feel welcome. I would especially like to highlight Tamer, who always greeted us with a warm smile. He is polite, attentive, and genuinely cares about the guests. A true professional in every sense. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable

Цена не соответствует качеству блюда. Была в этом заведении 4 раза, каждый раз заказывала новое блюдо, нет фаворита, нет чего то вкусного что можно было поесть с удовольствием. Персонал хороший, очень внимательный.
