As someone who has coached in and trained in over a hundred facilities worldwide, I've developed a critical eye. I assess a gym not just on its rack of dumbbells, but on its operational integrity, its training philosophy, and its ability to facilitate real progress. Most gyms are compromised; they cater to one demographic at the expense of another.
