This is the worst place in the world. They are not responsible at all. My card was supposed to be ready in 10 days, but now 50 days have passed, and it's still not ready. Every day I go, and one day they say, "No, we can't give it to you today," and another day they say, "The manager isn't here to sign it." They have no regard for the time and money people spend. This disorganization definitely comes from very poor management.
